At this event we will have expert speakers explain Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Natural Language IVR, self service, call deflection, and automation. You will leave understanding how your center might benefit from AI and how it works.
With the inability to meet in person, we have moved the Tech summit to a virtual event. All attendees will receive a shipment from Cocktail Courier with everything you need to make a great drink (alcohol included), or if you prefer, a bottle of wine. We will also play Trivia and have amazing door prizes and trivia prizes.
